I have had the good fortune of knowing Tim McElderry and his family for over 20 years. They are not only clients, but good friends. When Tim told me he was thinking of running for Zionsville Town Council, I was elated and encouraged him to make it happen. Tim is Decisive. He plans based on his due diligence and he stays with the course. Tim is Objective. He weighs the pros and cons of every decision and the impact on the people close to him. Tim is Hard Working. He has accomplished so much personally with family and career due to his dedication. Tim is Inclusive. He cares a great deal for his peers, community and family and wants to be sure all voices are heard. Tim is extremely committed to his community and genuinely loves Zionsville.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Tim McElderry for twenty years. Our kids played soccer together. I have always known Tim to be a man of integrity, honest and trustworthy. I am impressed with his enthusiastic approach to everything he does and his never ending energy. He brought that energy and enthusiasm to the soccer program fundraising projects and his public address duties at the games.

I have known Tim for nearly 20 years. We met as Soccer Dads, then associated professionally, and now consider each other friends. Tim exhibits the highest level of integrity. His ability to listen and collaborate will serve him well on our Town Council. I am not sure why Town Council candidates have to align to political parties, as party affiliation has little to do with municipal business. I know Tim will be a moderate presence that will seek consensus, and his balanced approach will be an asset to our community.

We have known the McElderry family from about the time they moved to Zionsville 24 years ago.  Over those more than two decades, we have become great friends volunteering together, helping each other on home projects and traveling together during several family vacations.  During all of these different life experiences, I have seen Tim engage with those around him, both friends and strangers, personally care about them and what is happening in their lives and letting them know that they are truly needed in this world to make it a better place.  Because Tim has the right amount of humility, ability to connect with others in a positive and productive way and passion to make our community a better place for us all, he is the right person to serve on our Town Council for the next four years.  Tim has never accepted any job or task and not done it with 100% of his energy, and I know he will do no less when he begins to serve our Town in 2024.

Tim is a smart and considerate person, a great listener, always seeking a mutually best outcome. Tim is a man of high integrity.

I have known Tim McEldery for for 20+ years. We were volunteer soccer coaches together back when our kids were young. This is when I first saw Tim's ability to listen well to each player. He also had a gift of bringing out the best in not only every player but their parents as well.

Tim is straightforward and honest. First he listens and then he gives his honest answer. Tim has gone out of his way to support my small flower business, Hudson Hill Gardens, and always takes time to find out how things are going because he cares.

Tim loves Zionsville. Tim is the kind of person we need on Town Council-he listens, he's direct and honest and he cares. Even if he doesn't agree or challenges something he will work hard to come to a resolution rather than draw a line in the sand. Tim is a team player and the kind of guy you want helping make important decisions for our town. Vote for Tim-you will not regret it!

Tim has been a staple in the Zionsville community for as long as I've known him! He's supported, inspired, and been a role model for his kids (and me) ever since we were kids. From being my first soccer coach at ZYSA all the way to being the announcer at our games as JV and Varsity soccer players at ZCHS. The passion with which he approaches every endeavor is unmatched. I've gotten the chance to see him be caring and patient as a coach and dad as well as an effective and successful leader at work. I have no doubt Tim would make a fantastic Zionsville Town Council member!

Tim was one of the first people we met when we moved to Zionsville over 20 years ago. He was an active member of the community volunteering as a youth soccer coach and in various roles within the school system. Two decades later, Tim continues to be dedicated to what is best for Zionsville. Over the years, Tim has consistently exhibited an innate ability to listen to needs of his friends and neighbors while distilling complex issues into simplified action plans—always with an unwavering work ethic. He has done all this with sincerity, openness, and integrity. His recent decision to run for Town Council couldn’t have happened at a better time. We need someone like Tim to be our trusted voice for the next 4 years.

I'd love to see Tim McElderry on the Zionsville Town Council! I am happy to support our dear family friend, Tim McElderry, who is running for a seat on the Zionsville town council. My family and I have had the privilege of knowing Tim (and Michelle) for the past eight years, and I can confidently say that he possesses the qualities and values necessary to excel in this role. Tim has shown unwavering commitment to being a positive role model for his own daughters, and for our adult children. He has consistently demonstrated integrity, compassion, and a great sense of humor, all of which have served as an inspiration to us all. He has always been there to offer support and encouragement; more proof that he would do the same for the Zionsville community. With his natural charisma, leadership skills, and genuine care for the well-being of others, I am certain that his contributions to the community will benefit Zionsville for many years beyond his tenure.

Tim and I were employed by the same company for many years. He is one of the smartest, hardworking, and passionate professionals I have had the pleasure of working with. His vision and problem-solving skills where crucial to many successful projects. Tim also showed deep commitment and company pride, putting everything he had into all tasks he was assigned. He took the time to meet and know everyone in the building and took a genuine interest in their life. Zionsville would be very fortunate took have Tim looking out for all of the town's citizens if elected to the Town Council.
